Kindred Movement is committed to providing high-quality service and care. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service you have purchased, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund. Our refund policy includes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law and as such we are not required to give you a refund if you simply change your mind.

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances.

  • ​If a class or course is canceled due to a lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances, fees will be refunded in full.

  • If a client wishes to withdraw from a course, they must do so 48 hours before it commences and a refund may be issued with an administration fee of $8 deducted from the course cost.

  • If a client wishes to withdraw from a course or a series purchased that has commenced for medical reasons, a medical certificate must be produced for a refund to be considered.

  • A full refund less any small processing fees as if unable to attend a class due to feeling unwell or has been around anyone suspected of Covid-19.




Please remember to bring your own equipment to class, including mat, towel and strap.

If you are feeling at all unwell,even mildly, with a sore throat, runny nose, headache, loss of sense of taste or any cold symptoms, please do not come to class. See above Policy for refund details.

Please be compliant, understanding and flexible with current, changing restrictions. Currently no masks are required to be worn. 

All mats must be 1.5 meters apart. Please ensure 1.5 meters physical distancing at all times.

Your details will be taken during the booking procedure, please inform me if after attending class you have any of the above symptoms so that DHSS and class members may also be contacted for fast and efficient contact tracing.
